This practice exists because clarity matters.

Educational decisions are often made under pressure — when emotions are high, timelines are tight, and the stakes are real. Families and schools deserve guidance that is thoughtful, experienced, and grounded in how systems actually function.

Educational Services Collective was created to bring steadiness, integrity, and deep professional expertise into moments that require careful judgment — not quick fixes or generic solutions.

If you’re seeking thoughtful, experienced support for a complex educational situation, I’d be glad to connect.

Work With Me

Hi, I’m Kayla Worley

I am a licensed School Psychologist with over a decade of experience serving students, families, and school systems across K–12 public schools, therapeutic day treatment programs, virtual education, and private practice.

My professional background includes district‑level leadership in threat assessment and safety planning, authorship of district manuals for RTI/MTSS, Section 504, and diploma pathways, and extensive experience supporting legally complex cases involving discipline, mental health, and eligibility disputes.

I have spent my career at the intersection of student needs, legal requirements, and system realities — which allows me to offer guidance that is both compassionate and grounded in how schools actually function.

Families often come to me feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure how to proceed. I am known for bringing steadiness and clarity into emotionally charged situations, helping adults slow the process down enough to make decisions that truly serve students long-term. My role is to translate complex information into clear options, protect student rights, and support decisions that are thoughtful, ethical, and sustainable.
